Phil Broker, a former DEA agent who went through a crisis after its action against a motorcycle gang has gone terribly wrong, and it was worth the life of the son of his boss. He recently widowed and left with 9 year old daughter, Maddie. He decides to leave the turbulent and demanding life emotions love Maddys and removed in a small town.
